WHAT IS EVOLVE SRL?

EVOLVE Srl, head-office premises in Fabriano (AN), founded in 1990, trades and manufactures sportswear and technical garments for  motor-cycling bearing the brand-name BREMA and BREMA-MENICHETTI.
It has been the sole importer and distributor of  Japanese motor-cycling helmets branded SHOEI since 1997 up to July 2011.
The company boasts of twenty years experience in the distribution of garments and accessories and now, with the creation of the website www.polediffusion.com, it has set up a “shop online” which aims in fulfilling the demands of the style of living today, the person that is always on the move from one country to another, from one part of the world to the other changing from East to West.
Polediffusion.com is the on line store hosting only selected quality Brands of clothing and accessories that address to top clients. A high level shopping Mall where users are stimulated by an attractive offer  in line with their  own life style.

RETURN POLICY

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN THE ITEM IF IT DOES NOT WORK?
In accordance with Art. No. 64 of D.Lgs. (Law Decree) no. 206/2005, the Customer withholds the right to rescind from the sales-contract within and not over 10 (ten) working days as from the date of receipt of the goods.  During periods of company closing, this period is postponed to 20 (twenty) days. It is not possible however to replace the goods with another. We suggest that you return the wrong product. As soon as we receive it , the entire amount of the purchase is credited and then a new order can be separately processed.
The format for Return of goods shall be available under the section Easy Return (After the Login) where you will find the instruction to  follow. It shall be filled in indicating the reason for returning the item bearing the code reference number allocated to the transaction and shall be available with the Order Form received via e-mail. The information shall be transmitted via computer to the courier (Bartolini in Italy and DHL/UPS abroad) who shall proceed to contact the Customer in order to decide on when to deliver the goods Th

MAY I RETURN AN ITEM DURING THE PERIOD OF COMPANY CLOSURE?
Returns are not processed during the period of holiday closure of the company (December/August). They will be fulfilled at  the re-opening.

WHO DOES PICK UP THE RETURN?
Customer is requested to give the exact telephone number and address in order to ensure the correct delivery of the goods. The courier pledges to telephone the Customer directly.
Should the Customer prefer using an express courier suggested by the Seller (DHL), the Customer shall not be entitled to pay any extra costs on transport of the goods on the Return Form. However, should the Customer decide  to choose another courier, he/she shall bear all the expenses for the dispatch of the goods. Should the Customer prefer another courier, he/she shall be requested to inform the seller via  the e-mail address info@evolvesrl.it. Customer is kindly requested to indicate very precisely his/her telephone number and address so that the pick- up is successful.

HOW MUCH DOES THE RETURN COST IN ITALY?
Return is free for any purchase exceeding € 50,00. Polediffusion.com  shall refund the entire amount paid for the purchase of the goods excepting for the transport expenses run for the return of the goods (for orders less  than 50,00 €)

WHAT DOES IT HAPPEN IF THE COURRIER LOOSES THE RETURN PARCEL?
The Customer is not to be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the transport of the goods once they have been consigned and delivered to the Seller official courier. Should the Customer avail himself of a different courier other than the official one indicated on the form, any damage or loss shall be on the charge of the Customer.

HOW SHOULD THE PRODUCT BE RETURNED?
The garments shall be returned entirely equipped with the labels neither spoiled or removed. Furthermore, they shall be returned in their original packing and neither be worn or washed. The boxes should be tightly sealed with resistant scotch-tape. The Customer is requested to sign on the scotch-tape as on a seal in order to prevent mishandling.
The items shall be returned in one delivery. Goods that are returned in more than one delivery shall not be accepted.
Should the goods returned not respect the indications that have been given, the Seller shall have the right to withhold the entire amount paid for the purchase. However, the Customer may obtain the returned goods again in the same condition the goods were delivered back again as long as he/she pays for the transport expenses.

WHEN SHALL I RECEIVE A REFUND?
The amount paid for the purchase will be entirely refunded,  except for the shipping costs in case of amounts less than € 50,00 euro for purchases made in Italy and less than 100,00 Euro for purchases made in Europe (EU), as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days after the receipt of the return.
Refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or Paypal account. If the Customer paid C.O.D.  the refund will be credit by bank transfer. EVOLVE S.r.l. will inform the Customers about terms of refund and for that purposes will ask for bank details.

PRICE AND DISPATCH OF GOOD

IS THE ON LINE PRICE INCLUSIVE OF VAT?
The price of the goods is intended in Euros (€), in Pounds (£) and in US Dollars ($) and is in accordance to the price declared on the Internet together with the pictures of the item and the same price shall be written on the order confirmation. The prices are intended inclusive of VAT. Transport expenses shall be added to the total amount and shall hence be listed on the order confirmation (for amount less than 50,00 €in Italy and 50 € in Europe (EU).

HOW MUCH DOES A DELIVERY COST IN ITALY?
Delivery are free of charge in case of orders exceeding 50,00 €. Before purchasing you are kindly requested to check delivery costs.

WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE DEDUCTED?
The price of the item and the delivery costs will be charged as soon as the goods will have been dispatched. Should the Buyer choose to pay by Paypal, the total amount will be charged the moment the Customer will have confirmed the order. Should the item not be available, the Seller shall commit himself to refund the entire amount paid.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
The Customer may monitor the status of the dispatch of the goods by referring to a “ tracking number” which shall be supplied via e-mail by the courier DHL/UPS (abroad) and Bartolini (Italy) as soon as the goods will have left the warehouse.

HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER?
The average delivery-times for standard dispatch of goods depending on the different Country go from 48 hours to 4 days. During particularly busy periods, deliveries may be delayed independent from EvolveSrl.

AT WHAT TIME DOES THE COURIER DELIVER?
The delivery takes place during working hours from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm during working-week.

WHAT DOES IT HAPPEN WHEN THE COURIER DOES NOT FIND ANYONE AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
The name, address and telephone number (preferably a mobile number)  shall be written on the order and shall correspond to the exact street and bear the same name written on the entry phone/door bell. Should the Customer for any reason not be home when the goods are to delivered, the courier shall leave a note in the post-box. The Customer is requested to contact the competent courier-branch and agree again on the time of delivery. The package may lie 5 working days on the premises of the courier, after which the goods shall return to the Seller. The Customer Service shall ask the Customer a new address for the delivery, should there be no answer, the Seller is committed to refund the entire amount excepting for the transport expenses run for the return of the goods. Should the goods not be delivered owing to loss /theft, the Seller pledges to inform the Customer and hence refund him/her of the total amount including transport expenses.

WHO SHALL SEND THE INVOICE?
The Customer shall receive the invoice by e-mail.

HOW MUCH DO THE SHIPPINGS COST ABROAD?
In the EU contries delivery is free of charge in case of purchases over 100 euro. For countries outside European Union please refer to the table below.
Please note that Countries outside the EU are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will NOT be included in the final price and the payment of these may be requested  by the courier to the customer.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
 

HOW MAY I PAY?
 The Customer may select one of the various terms of payment suggested: credit-card, paypal.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD DATA ON LINE?
The payment by credit card may only be done via a secure and safe server. Confidential data relating to the credit card directly elaborated by the bank that manages all the financial transactioons shall pledge not to disclose such data to third-parties. As far as the law on privacy is concerned, Evolve Srl pledges not to withhold or memorize any/no confidential data relating to the credit-card.

WHICH CREDIT CARD ARE ACCEPTED?
The main principle credit-cards comprising the pre-paid and rechargeable ones have been accepted for purchase-payments are: visa, visa electron, mastercard, paypal.                                               

IS THE PRURCHASING SAFE?
Purchasing and paying by credit-card is the quickest and safest way which reduces any risk of unathorized access to and decoding of confidential data of the credit-card.

WHEN IS THE TOTAL AMOUNT CHARGED?
Once the order has been received the seller shall hence proceed with the pre-authorization on the credit-card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to cover the payment of the purchases. The total amount will be charged as soon as the goods will have been dispatched . Should the buyer choose to pay by paypall, the total amount will be charged the moment the customer will have confirmed the order. The credit card will undergo a check by the issuing institution. Should the non-authorization for the payment of the goods be forbidden, the seller shall not be held in any way responsible for any delays or cancellation of the order.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY CASH ON DELIVERY ABROAD?
No, this kind of payment is not accepted for orders outside Italy

All repairs are handled by our customer service. Please keep the invoice which represents the proof of purchase required for  warranty .
