Polediffusion pledges to accept all products that may be returned in compliance with the general terms and conditions stipulated in the Conditions of Sale , herein stipulated in chapter 6  (within  10 working days on receipt of the goods). In order to proceed with the return of purchased goods, it is deemed necessary to fill in the form inserted under the section Account / Returns.

Polediffusion uses the best systems of transmission of data and safe methods of payment and is committed to updating continually and ensuring its electronic systems by means of advanced instruments. In the financial transactions by credit card, Polediffusion avails itself of a bank and its website securing its operations by means of an encrypted link in compliance to Protocol  SSL 3.0.

All products on sale on website are authentic and original, and supplied directly by the producer and/or official distributor.

All items on sale have a guarantee (lasting 24 months) covering manufacturing faults as stipulated in Art. 128 and compliant with the Code of the Consumer. The guarantee only covers products purchased with a receipt/slip/invoice and that have been correctly used. Polediffusion pledges to replace, or repair the product that may have faults. Should this not be possible the Customer may be entitled to receive a refund of the total expenditure of the purchased goods, excluding transport expenses undergone when returning the goods.
